Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in palm oil mill or heavy industry is a plus.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia for communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with daily tasks including manpower planning and file management.
• Support project management, track progress, and organize documents and reports.
• Assist in data analysis and provide support for technical decisions.
• Help prepare project schedules, equipment inspection and maintenance plans.
• Assist in procurement, maintenance, and management of technical equipment.
• Track project budget and expenses; assist in budgeting and reporting.
• Complete other duties as assigned by leadership.

Job Description

Responsibility:

• 1. Assist the project team in handling daily tasks, including but not limited to manpower planning, file management, meeting arrangements, and maintaining contact lists.
• 2. Support project management work of the project team, track project progress, and organise project documents and reports.
• 3. Assist the project team in data analysis and research, providing support and recommendations for technical decision-making.
• 4. Assist in preparing project schedule; equipment inspection plan and maintenance plan.
• 5. Assist in the procurement, maintenance, and management of technical equipment and tools.
• 6. Track and manage the budget and expenses of the project team, assist in budget planning and expense reporting.
• 7. Complete other relevant department tasks as assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

• - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• - Candidates without prior experience is welcome to apply. Experience in palm oil mill or heavy industry is an advantage.
