Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking a Sales Executive to develop and manage domestic and export sales. You will identify new business opportunities, coordinate shipments, and build strong relationships with customers and distributors.

The role requires 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or steel sectors, with hands-on export documentation and international trade exposure. This is a full-time on-site position in Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in manufacturing/steel/construction materials.
• Experience in export sales or overseas sales is preferred.
• Export documentation and international shipping knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities in domestic/overseas markets.
• Promote and sell products to domestic/international customers, distributors, traders, and agents.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing domestic/overseas customers while acquiring new accounts.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on enquiries to secure orders.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and export documentation like Commercial Invoice and Packing List.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade procedures.
