Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Malaysia, Penang, seeks an Enterprise Solutions Specialist (SAP/ERP) to provide Level 3 functional support for SAP and integrated enterprise applications, with a focus on timely resolution of production issues.

You will analyze business requirements, translate them into effective system solutions, and work with global technical and business teams to drive improvements across planning, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, and sales processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years IT support, business systems, or ERP experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP or ERP in Planning, Purchasing, Inventory/Warehouse, or Sales.
• Understanding of business processes and how systems support workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a global team environment.

Work closely with technical teams (developers, basis) and business stakeholders across global regions

Perform system configuration and support enhancements in assigned functional areas

Develop andmaintainfunctional specifications, including process flows and data structures

Conduct root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure system processes, documentation, and work instructions areaccurate, efficient, and up to date

Communicate progress, issues, and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and management

Maintaina high levelof customer service by prioritizing and resolving user issues effectively

Ensure compliance with data security, confidentiality, and company policies

WhatWe’reLooking For

Bachelor’s degreein Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
