Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking an HR professional to support operations by addressing employee issues, documenting matters, and conducting regular work-environment assessments. The role emphasizes clear communication and data-driven decision making to maintain a productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Ability to present information to groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and read visuals.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and carry out basic tasks.
• Ability to handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and interpret graphs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to write simple correspondence. Read and understand visual aid.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.
• Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
