Job summary

Jabil, a leading provider of engineering, supply chain and manufacturing solutions, seeks a SAP functional analyst to lead business process configurations and design efficient solutions. The role requires deep SAP Finance configuration experience and strong documentation skills.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement across multiple modules. A Bachelor’s degree in IT/MIS or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or MIS or 3+ years of equivalent work experience from IT and business perspective.
• Experience in SAP project implementation, especially SAP Finance processes and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional expert for overall business processes and system functionality.
• Identify gaps in processes and designs, with resolutions in collaboration with teams.
• Configure multiple functional modules and perform advanced configurations.
• Write functional specifications with understanding of table structures and relationships.
• Mentor team members and share best practices.
• Propose improvements and adopt best-in-field practices.

Functional Responsibilities

Be the functional expert for the overall business processes as well as system functionality Full understanding of business process requirements with ability to identify process or system gaps and appropriate resolutions Have strong configuration and functional knowledge in order to design solutions to fulfill business requirements with related functional and development teams Perform full configuration of more than one functional module. Perform advanced, customized configuration in at least one functional module Ability to write valid functional specification documents including understanding of table structures, fields and entity relationships. Ability to mentor other team or project members Maintain thorough knowledge and in-depth field experience in multiple applications or modules, comprising emerging or job technologies required. This could include formal or self-paced professional development Offer new ideas and suggestions for improvement. Identify and implement new practices and processes that are “best in field” Proactively organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or management information systems OR min 3 years of equivalent external work experience in the business area, from an IT and business perspective. Related working experience in SAP project implementation, particularly in the processes and configuration of SAP in any areas of Finance.
