Job summary

Discova, part of the Flight Centre Travel Group, seeks an Enterprise Solution Architect to define and govern the technology blueprint for a scalable, AI-enabled enterprise platform across multiple regions. You will drive architecture governance, vendor assessments, and strategic roadmaps in collaboration with business leaders.

You will design cloud-native solutions, API strategies, and data architectures to enable long-term growth while upholding security and resilience across the global

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture or related tech leadership roles.
• Proven track record designing large-scale cloud-native enterprise platforms across countries.
• Strong expertise in system integration, APIs, distributed systems, and data architecture.
• Experience with AI-enabled technologies and LLM integrations in enterprise environments.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

About the Opportunity

As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will establish the technology blueprint that supports global scalability, vendor independence, AI-native capabilities, and sustainable platform ownership. Working closely with technology and business leaders, you will provide architectural leadership, governance, and technical direction while ensuring the platform is designed for long-term success beyond implementation.

Your main responsibility is:

• Define and maintain the enterprise architecture, technology standards, and strategic roadmap for the platform ecosystem.
• Design scalable solution, data, integration, cloud, and AI architectures that support future business growth and innovation.
• Establish architecture governance, decision frameworks, and technical standards to ensure quality and consistency.
• Lead technical assessments, architecture reviews, and solution evaluations, including vendor and partner selection processes.
• Drive data architecture, API strategy, and platform integration approaches that improve flexibility, interoperability, and operational efficiency.
• Champion security, compliance, resilience, and best-practice engineering principles across all architectural decisions.

About You

The Essentials:

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or a related technology leadership role.
• Proven track record designing large-scale, cloud-native, multi-country enterprise platforms.
• Strong expertise in system integration, API architecture, distributed systems, and data architecture.
• Experience with AI-enabled technologies, LLM integrations, enterprise data platforms, and modern cloud environments.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategic technology decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
