Discova is seeking an exceptional People Experience Leader to drive our people strategy across Asia—a unique opportunity to influence culture, talent, and transformation in one of the region’s most dynamic travel brands.

What You’ll Do

• Strategic partnering: Advise the CEO and senior leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership capability.
• Talent & development: Drive recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development programs across Asia.
• Culture & engagement: Champion a values-led, inclusive, and high‑performance culture while respecting local nuances.
• Compliance & risk: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment practices; manage complex employee relations cases.
• Sustainability & inclusion: Lead ESG, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives; embed sustainability into HR practices.
• Operational excellence: Oversee HR systems, payroll, benefits, and HRIS (Workday) to deliver seamless people operations.
• Team leadership: Inspire and develop a regional People Experience team, fostering collaboration across markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, with 5+ years in senior multi‑market roles in Asia.
• Degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven success in multicultural, matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation across Asia.
• Experience in travel, hospitality, or service industries.

• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen.
• Inspirational leader with strong change management skills.
• Culturally intelligent and adaptable across diverse markets.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel internationally (30–40%).
