MBSB Bank Berhad is seeking a senior leader to own and advance the Group’s Enterprise Skills Architecture and taxonomy, turning skills data into actionable workforce insight. You will lead the Capability Centre, govern evaluation methodologies, and surface strategic skill risks to management and the Board.

Responsibilities include modelling workforce demand, producing build/buy/borrow recommendations, and embedding skills into processes while aligning with job architecture.

Formación

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics or related field.
• Postgraduate or professional qualification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Enterprise Skills Architecture and taxonomy.
• Own the enterprise capability assessment methodology.
• Model workforce demand, supply and gaps; deliver analytics and dashboards.
• Lead the Skills Architecture team and partner divisions as capability advisor.
• Govern governance and reporting to management and Board; advise on skills and capability.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Analytics

Postgraduate qualification preferred
