Job summary

EY in Malaysia seeks an Enterprise Risk professional to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team. You will help clients identify important risks, design risk frameworks, and improve governance, risk and controls across business processes.

The role emphasizes risk and resilience, internal audit, and compliance, with opportunities to mentor junior consultants, lead engagement teams, and deliver value within time and budget.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, business, IT, engineering or math.
• 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Strong understanding of risk management processes and governance.
• Experience in risk governance design and remediation options.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate client engagement teams with diverse skills.
• Deliver high-quality client services within timeframes and budget.
• Monitor progress, manage risk and inform stakeholders of outcomes.
• Develop relationships with clients and EY stakeholders.
• Provide coaching to junior consultants and foster a collaborative environment.
