Michael Page International (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Manager, ERM in the Banking & Financial Services sector. The role focuses on developing and leading enterprise risk management initiatives, monitoring risk exposure, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, present risk reports to committees, and drive continuous improvement of ERM practices, with a strong emphasis on strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Experience in enterprise/operational risk management frameworks in Banking & Financial Services or BIG 4 (MUST HAVE).
• Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks to support business objectives.
• Monitor and assess risk exposure across various functions within the organization.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to integrate risk management practices into strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements related to risk management.
• Prepare and present risk reports to management and relevant committees.
• Identify emerging risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
• Provide training and guidance on ERM practices to employees.
• Continuously enhance risk management processes to align with industry best practices.
