Job summary

Prudential Services Asia is seeking a detail‑oriented policy administration professional to handle New Business and Renewal processing, billing, endorsements, and servicing. You will manage shared email queries, maintain high quality checks, and support audits while coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.

The role requires 2–4 years of insurance operations experience, a diploma or degree, and strong English skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years’ experience in insurance or insurance‑related operations.
• Diploma or Degree required.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process New Business and Renewal policy administration, including issuance, billing, endorsements, renewals, and servicing.
• Manage emails from shared mailboxes and direct assignments, ensuring timely, professional responses to stakeholders.
• Perform quality checks on policy documents, contracts, billing, and correspondence and support audits.
• Identify process improvements and participate in SOP updates and testing.
• Coordinate with internal teams on case matters and provide status updates and resolutions.
• Assist with ad‑hoc projects and workload management as needed.
• Support QA and compliance through documentation and traceability.
