Job summary

Prudential is seeking a Policy Services Associate in Kuala Lumpur to process policy data requests, ensuring accuracy within SLA. You will report to a Team Lead in the Policy Services team and handle traditional life, ILP and term policies.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in life insurance policy servicing, strong MS Office skills, and a customer-focused, detail-oriented mindset willing to work extra hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Degree holder with 1–2 years in Life insurance policy servicing.
• Experience in customer data management processes.
• Knowledge of Life, ILP and term policies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer requests under the customer data management function for traditional life, ILP and term policies in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality.
• Ensure escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.

In this role, you will be working on the processing of Policy Service requests from customers on a day-to-day basis. You will report to a Team Lead within the Policy Services team and ensure requests received are processed accurately within the service level agreement.

Customer data management function comprises:

• Updating of customer address/undelivered mail for non HNW
• Updating of customer particulars/contact details for non HNW
• Nomination of Beneficiary
• Updating of customer consent
• Updating of correspondence delivery option

Day to day responsibilities:

• Process customer requests under the customer data management function for traditional life, ILP and term policies in accordance to guidelines, service standards and quality:
• Ensure that escalation cases are flagged out and work with the team leader towards resolution within the service level agreement.

Who we are looking for: Experience

Degree holder with at least 1-2 years working experience in Life insurance policy servicing, working in the customer data management function. Knowledge on Life, ILP and term insurance plans will be added advantage.
