Prudential Services Asia is seeking a detail‑oriented policy administration professional to handle New Business and Renewal processing, billing, endorsements, and servicing. You will manage shared email queries, maintain high quality checks, and support audits while coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.
The role requires 2–4 years of insurance operations experience, a diploma or degree, and strong English skills.

To support the processing of New Business and Renewal portfolios through accurate, timely, and compliant policy administration. The role covers day to day operational processing, handling of shared and direct email enquiries, quality control, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement of operational processes.
Good understanding of policy administration processes and insurance fundamentals. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Able to handle high email volumes while managing processing deadlines effectively. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in managing email correspondence. Good problem‑solving skills with sound judgement on escalation. Positive, adaptable, and open to process and system changes.
2–4 years’ experience in insurance or insurance‑related operations. Experience in Employee Benefits schemes is desirable. Knowledge of Group Insurance products (e.g. term life, hospital & surgical plans) is required. Proficient in MS Office applications.
