We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive, Enterprise Business Operations (Admin) to support the administration and servicing of Group Insurance New Business and Renewal portfolios. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate policy processing, managing stakeholder enquiries, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting continuous process improvements within a fast-paced operational environment.

Process New Business and Renewal policy administration activities accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
Perform policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, billing, and related servicing requests in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Handle complex or exception cases independently and provide appropriate resolutions.
Ensure all transactions are properly documented and comply with internal operational guidelines.
Manage enquiries from shared mailboxes and direct assignments relating to policy administration matters.
Provide timely and professional responses to internal stakeholders, Financial Consultants, and business partners.
Prioritise and monitor case progress to ensure service level commitments are met.
Escalate urgent or high-risk cases appropriately while maintaining ownership through resolution.
Conduct quality reviews on policy documents, contracts, billing records, and correspondence.
Identify and address discrepancies, risks, and operational gaps in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
Support audit activities by providing documentation and case-related clarifications when required.
Identify recurring operational issues and recommend process improvement initiatives.
Participate in SOP reviews, process enhancement projects, and continuous improvement activities.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test execution and validation.
Adapt to new systems, tools, and automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Distribution, Product, Technology, and related functions.
Provide accurate updates and resolutions through email communications and system records.
Support team leads and managers in workload management and escalation handling.
Share knowledge and best practices to promote operational excellence across the team.
Participate in assigned projects, business initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks as required.
Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in insurance or insurance-related operations.
Knowledge of Group Insurance products, including Group Term Life and Group Hospital & Surgical plans.
Experience in Employee Benefits administration is an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong understanding of policy administration processes and insurance fundamentals.
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
Ability to manage high volumes of emails and operational tasks within tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with sound judgement.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
