Qualifications

• Good knowledge of basic network infrastructure protocols like IP address, ICMP, STP, VLAN, etc.
• Hands-on training experience with network equipment.
• Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy enterprise/campus network service at customer premises.
• Prepare UAT document and conduct UAT.
• Provide technical support through troubleshooting.
