Job summary
Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to bridge technical strategy and business value. You will guide enterprise clients from pre-sales validation through onboarding, deployment architecture, and expansion, while acting as a quota-carrying technologist leveraging AI-augmented workflows.
You will serve as the primary engineering contact, designing migration blueprints, advising on DNS/Zero Trust/WAF configurations, and driving adoption with Account Executives.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Ability to white-board, design and articulate complex enterprise network and security architectures clearly.
- Strong communication skills translating technical concepts for executives and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical deep-dive discovery with Account Executives and map customer infrastructure to Cloudflare architectures.
- Own onboarding, migration blueprints, and engagement with customer engineering teams.
- Drive quarterly business reviews translating platform value to business outcomes for executives.
- Provide trusted advisory across customer lifecycle including architecture, security posture, and deployment confidence.
