Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation and discovery with Account Executives.
• Own onboarding, migration blueprints, and architecture guidance for customers.
• Manage quarterly business reviews to show ROI of Cloudflare.
• Act as trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-driven workflows to automate routine advisory tasks.
• Design and govern technical resources with Enablement teams.
