Job summary

Rohas-Euco Industries Bhd. seeks an IT Applications Support professional to administer and improve enterprise applications. You will provide Level 1/2 support, manage access and configurations, and assist in dashboards and digital workflows.

You will contribute to automation initiatives and UAT, while maintaining thorough documentation. The role requires 1–3 years in IT application support, familiarity with BI tools, SaaS apps, and basic SQL.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT application support or related roles.
• Knowledge of enterprise application administration, BI dashboards, and SaaS applications.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, data validation, APIs, or system integration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support, administer, and improve enterprise applications, BI tools, digital forms, and software solutions.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support; troubleshoot and escalate as needed.
• Develop and maintain digital forms and workflows with approvals, logic, and data collection.
• Support BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations; perform data validation and reconciliation.
• Coordinate incidents, enhancements, and licensing with vendors; ensure compliance with IT policies.
