Job summary
Kyndryl is seeking an Associate Director, Customer Technology Advisor – AI Expert in Malaysia. You will guide enterprise clients through AI, data and digital transformations, shaping strategies and directing solution design and implementation planning.
Lead executive workshops, translate business priorities into roadmaps, and provide technical leadership across AI, data & analytics, and cloud domains to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Experience in AI, data analytics and cloud-enabled transformations.
- Proven ability to engage executive stakeholders and influence technology decisions.
- Strong track record designing enterprise technology solutions in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to CIO/CTO/CDO and senior stakeholders on AI and modernization strategies.
- Lead executive workshops to translate priorities into transformation roadmaps.
- Shape enterprise AI, data & analytics, and GenAI solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
- Advise on modern data architectures, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Identify and shape strategic AI and digital transformation opportunities across accounts.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting and delivery teams on proposals and pursuits.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
- Mentor architects and consultants to drive innovation and success.
