ABB Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Service Business Process Manager to architect and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions across Operations, Sales and Service.

You’ll collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate needs into production-ready models and measurable business impact. This hybrid role blends engineering rigor with strategic business insight. You’ll lead model development, CI/CD pipelines, governance, and cross-functional adoption of AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; Master’s is a plus.
• 5+ years hands-on ML/DS/AI in commercial/enterprise setting.
• Experience deploying ML models to production at scale.
• Strong Python programming and model lifecycle knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy end-to-end ML models and AI solutions across functions.
• Architect ML workflows including data prep, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and feasibility studies for business value.
• Collaborate with data engineers and stakeholders to build scalable data pipelines.
• Apply MLOps practices: versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, governance and docs.
• Monitor production models, address drift, retrain as needed.
• Communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences and drive adoption.
