JOST’s Kuala Lumpur Regional Hub is hiring an AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and scale production-ready AI capabilities that solve real business problems across regions and functions.

You will connect business needs with AI technology, vendor platforms, and data infrastructure to deliver scalable digital products and enterprise-grade AI systems, leading pilots and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience building AI/ML and data solutions in a business environment.
• Designing and delivering end-to-end AI or digital systems with enterprise platforms and integrations.
• Leading technical or cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use cases with business stakeholders and manage the pilot portfolio.
• Design and build AI pilots end-to-end (data, models, integration, deployment).
• Scale successful pilots into secure, production-ready solutions.
• Lead cross-functional AI projects across business, IT, and external partners.
• Promote reuse of AI components and best practices.
