Job summary

Write Edge is seeking an Enrolment Executive to drive student enrolment, retention and engagement for the Singapore market. You will work with Marketing and Customer Relations to streamline enrolment processes, manage events, and lead projects that expand customer reach.

You will handle enquiries and registrations across WE's services, ensuring excellent student and parent experiences and maintaining robust workflows with HubSpot and Google Suite.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CRM, Sales and Customer Service.
• Tech savvy and proficient with Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive enrolment, retention and conversion in existing and new locations.
• Handle enquiries and registrations across WE's services and activities.
• Manage Open Houses with strong follow-up and service.
