Adept Solutions Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia is hiring an Enrichment Programme Teacher & Social Media Support for a full-time role. You will deliver engaging enrichment programmes to young learners while actively managing social media presence to reflect our educational mission.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in early childhood education, teaching or a related field.
• Demonstrated 1-3 years working experience in educational or enrichment settings.
• Strong passion for child development and creating nurturing learning environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage children and parents effectively.
• Creative thinking and ability to design innovative and age-appropriate learning activities.
• Proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Competence in basic content creation and video editing, e.g. Canva, CapCut or Reels.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics is advantageous.
• Own transportation is required, as this role involves travelling to different centres for classes.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate learning activities that complement our core curriculum and encourage holistic child development.
• Establish positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues, maintaining a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assess and monitor children's progress and development, providing regular feedback to parents and staff.
• Manage and update social media accounts across multiple platforms, creating content that reflects our educational mission and values.
• Develop and schedule engaging posts, pictures and videos that showcase our programmes, events and children's learning experiences.
• Respond to parent enquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Monitor social media analytics and provide insights to support engagement and community building.
• Maintain accurate records of enrichment programme attendance and participant feedback.
• Pack, manage, and trackmaterials inventory(count, order, and update stock levels monthly).
