Job summary

Eunoia Global Educare Sdn Bhd in Johor is seeking a part-time teacher/assistant to deliver enrichment lessons for young children on a weekly basis, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This role offers ongoing opportunities as enrolment grows.

You will conduct engaging lessons based on the Book + Pen Masters curriculum, prepare materials, provide feedback on participation and progress, and work with the programme team to ensure smooth delivery and a nurturing learning environment.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with and teaching young children.
• Good command of English and confident in communicating with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging enrichment lessons based on the Book + Pen Masters curriculum.
• Create a positive, interactive and enjoyable learning environment.
• Guide and encourage children according to their learning needs.
• Prepare the classroom and teaching materials before lessons.
• Provide simple feedback on students’ participation and progress.
• Work closely with the programme/school team to ensure smooth delivery of classes.

Lesson curriculum, teaching materials and programme guidance will be provided to support lesson delivery.

Ongoing guidance and support from the programme team.

Requirements

• Enjoys working with and teaching young children.
• Good command of English and confident in communicating with children.
• Teaching, enrichment or early childhood experience is preferred.
• Patient, energetic and engaging.
• Able to commit consistently to the weekly class.
• Open to taking on additional classes as enrolment increases.

Working Arrangement

Currently one day per week, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM, with the opportunity for additional teaching hours as enrolment and classes increase.
