Job summary

C-Hawk Technology in Iskandar Puteri, Malaysia, is seeking an Engineering Support professional to provide first-line technical support for production and shopfloor issues. You will troubleshoot manufacturing problems, coordinate timely resolutions, and assist Engineers with RCCA, validation, first-build, and continuous improvement activities.

Fresh graduates with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Fresh graduates may be considered with good technical fundamentals and a willingness to learn.
• Basic ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Basic understanding of RCCA and 5-Why problem-solving methods.
• Ability to respond quickly to production issues and identify when Engineering escalation is required.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
• Willingness to work shift hours.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first-line Engineering support for production and shopfloor issues and perform initial troubleshooting.
• Gather relevant issue information and escalate technical concerns to the responsible Engineer for disposition.
• Maintain and provide a daily production issue summary, highlighting critical blockers and pending Engineering actions.
• Support Engineers with RCCA, validation, first-build, and continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and other stakeholders to support issue resolution.
• Support corrective and preventive actions for recurring manufacturing problems.
• Review engineering drawings, bills of materials, specifications, and work instructions during initial issue investigations.
• Document troubleshooting findings, actions taken, and escalation requirements clearly.
• Follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures while supporting production operations.
