Job summary

Intretech Malaysia seeks a capable project lead to steer engineering projects in Malaysia. You will supervise the team during development, oversee trial builds up to MP stage, and ensure milestones are met.

Collaborate with internal departments to track materials and deliveries, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with customers on project matters. Fresh graduates welcome; on‑the‑job training provided; must communicate well and work under pressure, with Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team from development through trial run to MP stage.
• Coordinate with internal departments to monitor materials and deliveries.
• Provide progress reports and document requirements.
• Coordinate with customers on project matters.
• Ensure product quality meets trial run expectations and report issues.
• Establish project requirements, priorities and deadlines.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
