Job summary

Binnies (Formerly Black & Veatch (SEA) Pte Ltd) is seeking a senior engineering advisory professional to lead complex projects in the water and environmental sectors. You will supervise engineering staff, ensure budget/schedule adherence, and interface with clients on technical matters and changes.

The role emphasizes knowledge in design standards, quality programs, and cross-disciplinary coordination. Prior leadership experience and strong English communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering or technical advisory experience.
• Experience in gas turbine projects preferred.
• Bachelor degree in engineering; post-grad is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project schedules for single discipline or multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams on complex projects.
• Interface with clients on project matters and change management.
• Support business development and pursuits.
