Job Summary

Black & Veatch’s Global Advisory group provides holistic solutions to enable clients to adopt and operationalize new technologies. The consultant will conduct design and technology reviews, data analysis, and support technical due diligence, construction and operation monitoring reports for power, LNG, green hydrogen, water, and data center projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct design and technology reviews for power projects, LNG terminals, green hydrogen/Ammonia, water projects, and data centers.
• Review operations data and compile information from design documents and contracts.
• Perform data analysis and deliver excel-based insights.
• Draft inputs for technical due diligence, construction and operation monitoring reports.
• Present reports and deliverables in client-ready formats.
• Review work of junior team members to ensure alignment with overall deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4‑6 years (Senior Analyst) or 6‑8 years (Consultant) experience in technical due diligence/feasibility studies/bankability studies in power, LNG, water projects, data centers, or other infrastructure projects; recent experience in a consulting firm with techno‑commercial/technical due diligence and lender technical advisory projects.
• Fully proficient in Mandarin (written and verbal).
• Graduation in mechanical or electrical engineering, other disciplines considered with relevant experience; post‑graduation is an advantage.
• Fully comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; exposure to other management tools is a plus.

Certifications

Certifications related to area of expertise, where applicable, are preferred.
