Job summary

Fiscal Therapy Management is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle of semiconductor equipment in Senai, Johor. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones, quality standards and delivery timelines are met, while driving BOM control and ECN implementation.

This role demands strong project coordination, problem-solving and leadership abilities, with at least 5 years in industrial/manufacturing engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/ manufacturing/ mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial engineering, project/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning, plant layout and BOM management.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Willingness to work in Senai, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end manufacturing lifecycle of semiconductor equipment.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement and Quality to meet milestones and timelines.
• Oversee BOM management, ECN implementation and change notices.
• Lead equipment assembly, testing and ensure conformance to specs.
• Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency, cost and quality.
• Track progress and coordinate corrective actions to complete projects on time and budget.
