Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on production machinery, equipment, and factory facilities.
• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility-related issues.
• Carry out installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery and equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
• Support production operations by responding promptly to equipment breakdowns and technical issues.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers, and external service providers during maintenance and project activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, service reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Assist in planning and implementing engineering improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot utility systems including boilers, air compressors, pumps, water treatment systems, and other factory utilities.
• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of filling, packing, labeling, and production equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company safety requirements and relevant regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to productivity, quality, energy consumption, and equipment reliability.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe work practices within the engineering department.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
