Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work on production machinery, equipment, and factory facilities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and utility-related issues.
• Install, commission, and modify machinery and equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support production operations.
• Coordinate contractors and external service providers during maintenance and projects.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and spare parts inventory.
• Plan and implement engineering improvement projects and cost-saving initiatives.
• Maintain and troubleshoot boiler, air compressors, pumps, water treatment, and other utilities.
• Support maintenance of filling, packing, labeling, and production equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement in productivity, quality, energy use, and reliability.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe practices in engineering.
