Job summary

MayAir Manufacturing (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Technical Support Assistant to assist the engineering team with maintaining product information, drawings, and documentation.

You will work with internal teams to ensure accurate technical data and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include BOM creation, drawing support, and data management, plus collaboration on revision control and general technical tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field required.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD is expected.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is required to communicate with China counterparts.

Responsibilities

• BOM creation, maintenance and updates in PLM and SAP systems.
• Prepare, revise and maintain technical and commercial drawings.
• Maintain product specifications, master data and technical documentation.
• Track document revisions and coordinate release of updated information.
