You will develop and maintain test programs for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms targeting memory products, and contribute to new tester platform developments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering (Technical) or equivalent.
• Experience in test program development on Automate Test Equipment (ATE) platforms such as Advantest, Nextest, Teradyne, etc.
• Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g. Python, C++, Perl, etc.)
• Strong technical skills in debugging and problem-solving.
• Good understanding of semiconductor devices fabrication process, product development process, device physics and functionality.
• Candidates with memory devices knowledge & test-related knowledge preferred.
• Able to act as an individual contributor and work with multiple groups.
• Good communication in English (written and verbal).

Possess strong technical skills in debugging and problem-solving.
