We are seeking an experienced Engineer, Project to join our team at our Temerloh District office in Pahang.
Job Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager in manage and coordinate major maintenance activities are properly and safely executed as required by the company's objective, company's policy, client's requirements and government's regulations.
Undertake and responsible on administrative of each project implement at site
Always analyst, plan, coordinate, monitor, control and review the major maintenance work progress / status
Ensure all records pertaining to the major project undertaken are well kept maintain and control to ensure the private and confidential documents belong to the company are well kept and not expose to the public
To prepare, check and issue all relevant certificates (i.e CPC and CMGD) and follow up with necessary verification until end of each project cycle.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against project plans and engineering drawings
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and technical records
Liaise between the project management team, engineering staff, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Identify and resolve technical issues and discrepancies that arise during project execution
Support the estimation, budgeting, and cost control processes for assigned projects
Assist in the development and implementation of project procedures and work instructions
Ensure all project activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation across projects
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in project engineering or project management environments
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and practices
Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to engineering projects
Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent professional qualification is desirable
Experience in construction especially in Flood Mitigation Project.
