Job summary

Munivac Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee and optimize the assembly of high‑precision components. You will develop assembly procedures, ensure product quality, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of related experience, and strong Malay and English communication.

Job description

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the assembly processes of high-precision components and products. This role involves developing assembly procedures, ensuring product quality, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce defects, and meet production goals. The engineer ensures that all assembly operations comply with safety, quality, and engineering standards.

Key responsibilities

Develop proficiency in engineering fundamentals for assigned product or assembly line

Demonstrate self-management and drive projects or assignments to meet company objectives

Work with people from different levels such as operators, technicians, supporting departments and customers to achieve desired results

Lead the team to achieve target output and yield performance set by company

About you

Possess at least a Diploma or equivalent discipline
