Job summary

Munivac Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Process Engineer to oversee and optimize the assembly of high‑precision components. You will develop assembly procedures, ensure product quality, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and meet production goals.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of related experience, and strong Malay and English communication.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 3 years related working experience.
• Good written and communication skills in Malay and English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, dynamic, productive, result oriented and proactive.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player, resourceful and possess good initiative and self-motivated to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in engineering fundamentals for assigned product or assembly line
• Demonstrate self-management and drive projects or assignments to meet company objectives
• Work with people from different levels such as operators, technicians, supporting departments and customers to achieve desired results
• Lead the team to achieve target output and yield performance set by company
• Develop and practice troubleshooting and analytical skills to achieve desired goals
• Make decisions to stop production or equipment when there are safety or quality concerns
• Complete other assignments set forth by superiors and managers
