Job summary

iCrest is seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering professional to lead electrical installation, maintenance, and service operations for tendered projects in Malaysia. The role includes planning, budgeting, and coordinating teams to ensure on-time, within-scope project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in electrical installation/maintenance, strong leadership, and customer relationship management, with relevant competency certifications and willingness to travel within Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or service management within industrial or commercial environments.
• Strong leadership, project management, troubleshooting, and customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

The Job

• Familiar with costing of materials, equipment labor cost for preparation of tender submission
• Lead and manage electrical installation, maintenance, and service operations at site to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Oversee electrical projects from planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage service teams to provide timely maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair support to customers.
• Ensure all works comply with statutory regulations, electrical standards, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Possess a valid Chargeman, Wireman, or other relevant electrical competency certification is an added advantage.
• Must possess own transport and willing to travel when require within Malaysia
