Job summary

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to support BI administration and execute the roadmap in Pasir Gudang, Johor. This on-site role reports to the General Manager and partners with IS and business stakeholders.

You will design, develop, test, and support BI systems, build reports, and deploy ETL packages using MS tools. A degree in CS/IS/Business and SAP BI reporting experience are essential; familiarity with SAP BO tools (WebI, Explorer, Dashboard, Crystal)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience as a SAP BI Reporting Analyst in a business environment.
• Subject matter expert with BI toolset and data working with ERP/Data warehouse systems.
• Hands-on report development and support for SAP BI tools such as SAP BO.

The Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for supporting business intelligence administration and execution against the roadmap in close alignment with departmental business requirements, company leadership, and key business stakeholders.

This position reports to the General Manager and is part of the Operations Department located in Pasir Gudang, Johor and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Executes on design, development, testing, and support of IS business intelligence systems which provide efficiencies and competitive advantages for the company.
• Individually contributes by developing reports, in consideration of available and viable solutions, and providing actionable report deliverables.
• Creates and maintain ETL packages using MS solutions (i.e. MS Visual Studio).
• Responsible for the creation and deployment of systematic notifications to internal and external users.
• Accountable for customer satisfaction through close collaboration with IS Development Lead, and IS teams and resources (Projects, Analysis, Development, and Database), based on assigned tasks, to ensure business needs are met

The essential requirements of the job include:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or related field preferred.

· Experience as a SAP Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst in a business environment

• Subject matter expertise with excellent knowledge and understanding of how existing BI toolset and data work with back-end systems (ERP System, Data warehouse, etc.)
• Previous hands-on report development and support for key business intelligence applications, preferably SAP Business Objects and the respective toolset (Web Intelligence, Explorer, Dashboard, Crystal, etc.)
• Must follow safety procedures, use appropriate PPE, and operate only approved low-risk tools.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

· IS experience in a healthcare or medical device related field

· Global experience supporting business systems & reporting, preferably

Bonus / Incentive Pay

Up to 10 %of annual base salary

This job is also eligible for bonus pay. This is the target earnings as % of base annual salary, subject to objective eligibility criteria and performance conditions as set out in the applicable scheme terms and conditions.
