Job summary

Etika Group of Companies is seeking a proactive degree student to assist in preventive maintenance activities and data analysis. You will support engineers and technicians, track maintenance schedules, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, 5S, and reliability projects.

The role involves maintaining records, assisting with spare parts inventory, and supporting machine installations and safety inspections. A collaborative team environment and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree student in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of engineering and maintenance principles.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Updated PM records, maintenance reports, SOPs, manuals, and documentation.
• Collected and analyzed downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and equipment performance data.
• Assisted engineers and technicians with scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Monitored PM completion and maintenance schedules.
• Supported continuous improvement, root cause analysis, 5S, and equipment reliability projects.
• Assisted in spare parts inventory management and stock monitoring.
• Supported machine installation, modification, commissioning, and engineering projects.
• Assisted with machine safety inspections, housekeeping, meeting minutes, and action tracking.
