Job description

We are seeking engineers who specialize in hydraulic/ mechanical / electrical/ process engineering.

Requirements

• Assist in the design and optimization of hydraulic systems for injection molding machines, including hydraulic circuits, component selection, and system layout.
• Prepare hydraulic schematics, technical drawings, assembly instructions, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Support hydraulic system installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in hydraulic system testing, performance verification, and technical improvements.
• Provide technical support to production, assembly, and after-sales teams to ensure stable machine operation.

Mechanical

• Assist in designing mechanical components, creating 2D/3D drawings, preparing assembly instructions, and generating BOMs.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and completer daily technical tasks under the guidance of senior guidance.
• Collaborate with team to develop technical solutions, implement related plans and provide cross-departmental technical support.

Electrical

• Assist in designing electrical systems, drawing electrical diagrams, preparing assembly instructions and generating BOMs.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and complete daily technical work under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions, and provide cross-departmental technical support.

Process

• Develop assembly processes, SOPs, and work instructions based on injection molding machine drawings and technical requirements.
• Design and validate assembly tooling, fixtures, and gauges, and optimize workstation layout to improve efficiency and quality.
• Participate in DFM reviews and provide suggestions to improve product manufacturability.
• Optimize existing assembly processes, resolve bottlenecks, and improve production efficiency and first-pass yield.
• Provide technical guidance to the production team and troubleshoot assembly issues during production.
• Monitor key quality control points to ensure products meet design requirements.
• Prepare and maintain assembly-related technical documents, including drawings, process flows, and SOPs.
• Promote process standardization and support the development and update of assembly process standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields) with excellent academic performance and strong professional skills.
• 0-5 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive learning attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with willingness to interact directly with customers.
• Team-oriented, detail-minded, and able to follow established procedures.
• Willing to take professional training in China for 6-12 months.
