Job summary

You will create sustainability and resilience plans, analyze energy data, and present status reports to stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years' relevant experience, REM 1 certification, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Must possess REM 1 certification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute energy management programs for multiple facilities.
• Create sustainability, resilience, and smart energy plans for various sites.
• Identify operational improvements to enhance energy performance.
• Review energy and sustainability data and reports.
• Present energy status and variance reports to stakeholders.
• Coach teammates and share knowledge within CBRE.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values.
