• Experience with energy, infrastructure, utilities, or large-scale development projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate land acquisition, access, and administration for energy project development.
• Liaise with authorities, land offices, and regulatory bodies on approvals and documentation.
• Manage negotiations with landowners, stakeholders, and local communities.
• Conduct land due diligence, title verification, and status assessments for potential sites.
• Support project teams in resolving land issues that may affect timelines or development.
• Ensure all land activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to land matters and agreements.
