Job summary

Trio-Tech (M) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Admin Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment, maintain candidate databases, coordinate onboarding, and support HR operations on site. You will interact with hiring executives and external agencies to fill roles efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and HR administration, strong communication, and accuracy in payroll data.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate HR records and attendance data.
• Experience coordinating with hiring executives and agencies.
• Knowledge of payroll-related documentation and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Fully involved in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates and hiring executives (coordinating interview process on site and off site).
• Maintain and update candidate databases, attendances and recruitment trackers.
• Support employer branding initiatives and job fair participation.
• Prepare onboarding documents and coordinate new hire orientation.
• Communicate with recruitment agencies and job portals when needed.
• Assist in developing and updating job descriptions and specifications.
• Provide administrative support to the HR and management teams.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
• Support in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in office supplies, correspondence, and vendor coordination.
• Support payroll preparation and other HR-related documentation when required.
• To assist superiors to carry out the daily job activities related to administrative and partially HR matters.
• Assist superior in updating payroll data (Technician Position) Ex: Key in roster into Payroll2U system/ Checking Attendance data timely preparation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.
• Support the department in other ad-hoc tasks or projects.
