Job summary

Sunway Healthcare Group is seeking a Procurement Executive in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, to manage end-to-end PR and PO processes and ensure timely procurement activities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant procurement experience is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis; strong attention to detail and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with procurement procedures.
• Review procurement requests to ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
• Conduct quotation comparisons and price analysis to support vendor selection.
• Monitor PR and PO approval status and follow up to ensure timely processing and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve procurement, delivery, or service-related issues.
• Maintain procurement records and assist in preparing reports, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.
• Support procurement improvement initiatives and other assignments as required.
