Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain and/or Business Management.
• 2–4 years of experience in Supply Chain and Order Fulfilment.
• Proficient in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Process demand commits, customer orders, and change requests.
• Plan value chain to improve service levels while reducing costs.
• Collaborate with internal partners on orders and delivery timelines.
• Monitor movement from warehouse to customer delivery.
• Lead backlog reviews and communicate schedules to sales and customers.
• Run reports to analyze inventory, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain inventory planning tools and support smooth shipments.
