Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG in Malaysia is seeking a detailed-oriented Supply Chain Planner to manage end-to-end demand commits and customer orders. You will collaborate with logistics, finance, quality, and sales to ensure on-time delivery and optimized inventory while reducing costs.

Qualifications include a degree in supply chain or business management and 2–4 years of relevant experience, with strong communication, planning, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process demand commits, customer orders, and change requests.
• Perform customer-centric value chain planning to improve service and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal partners on order commit based on actual demand.
• Monitor movement of product from warehouse to delivery.
• Ensure on-time shipments; manage backlog and communicate schedules.
• Run reports to KPI monitoring, especially OTD.
• Maintain inventory planning and support analysis related to quality holds or invoicing.
• Backlog reviews and issue resolution to meet customer expectations.
