Job summary

Airbus Customer Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an End-to-End Operations Modeller to support FHS Malaysia. You will map and optimize the Shelf-to-Shelf process, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives to unblock stalled projects.

You will work across Transport, Repair, Warehouse and COD, perform root cause analyses and lead improvement actions while collaborating with IT and QLIK teams to enhance dashboards and reporting.

Qualifications

• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity in operations.
• Experience with end-to-end process improvement and performance management.
• Entry-level professional with eagerness to learn and contribute.

Responsibilities

• Map and maintain end-to-end S2S processes across Transport, Repair, Warehouse and COD.
• Identify bottlenecks via Value Stream Mapping and drive improvement actions.
• Unblock stalled S2S EOs and coordinate with departments to progress.
• Lead drumbeat of S2S improvement initiatives and ensure adoption.
• Monitor Open Loop S2S transactions and reduce backlog.
• Define KPI reporting and contribute to local KPI reviews.
• Support dashboard upgrades and IT tool adaptations with the QLIK Dev Team.
• Contribute to transversal changes and training across FHS Malaysia.
