AZEO Sdn Bhd is seeking a Corporate Event Sales Executive in Kuala Lumpur to drive growth for teambuilding, corporate events, and experiential programmes. This end-to-end role combines selling with hands-on event delivery, from initial client conversations to successful on-site execution.

You will identify opportunities, craft customised proposals, coordinate with facilitators and vendors, and lead the full lifecycle of each programme while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant experience in corporate sales, event management, teambuilding, hospitality, training, client servicing, or business development.
• Candidates with experience as a Teambuilding Specialist, Event Executive, Event Manager, Corporate Sales Executive, or similar role are encouraged to apply.
• Experience managing end-to-end corporate events or teambuilding programmes is an advantage.
• Experience in B2B sales and working with corporate clients is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Generate new business opportunities for teambuilding and corporate event programmes through prospecting, networking, referrals, and leads.
• Engage HR representatives, business leaders, and corporate decision-makers to understand event needs.
• Develop and present customised event concepts, proposals, and quotations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, pitching and negotiation to closing and handover.
• Take ownership of event planning from confirmed booking to event completion and onsite execution.
