OCBC Bank in Malaysia actively recruits graduates for an accelerated career path in Consumer Banking and Wealth Management. Fresh graduates are encouraged, with a Diploma or higher and at least 1 year of sales or service experience in financial or service industries.

Qualifications

Diploma and above holder with minimum 1 year sales or service experience in financial or service industry.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
License and relevant certifications (PCE, MTA, FIMM, IPPC/PPKM etc) is an added advantage.
Possess strong interest in financial planning, investment, lending, and sales.

Responsibilities

Provide “One-Stop” and holistic banking solutions to customers.
Offer Professional Wealth Advice and work with regional wealth panel to advise clients and achieve revenue targets.
Be Our Personal and Premier Banking Advocate and acquire new customers through events and sales initiatives.
Deliver proactive service to establish good relationships and improve customer engagement scores.
Adhere to documentary and process requirements to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
