OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad is hiring a Personal Wealth Manager for Penang, Alor Setar, Kota Bahru & Taiping. The role delivers holistic banking solutions and professional wealth advice, while driving client acquisition and strong customer engagement across multiple locations.

You will work with a wealth solutions team, stay informed on market trends, and uphold strict compliance and service standards. Diploma holders with 1 year experience are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma and above holder with minimum 1 year sales or service experience in financial or service industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Licences and relevant certifications (PCE, MTA, FIMM, IPPC/PPKM etc) are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide One-Stop and holistic banking solutions to customers.
• Offer Professional Wealth Advice and engage with wealth specialists to propose financial solutions.
• Be Our Personal and Premier Banking Advocate and Acquire New Customers through events and sales initiatives.
• Engage customers to achieve high satisfaction and strong engagement scores.
• Adhere to all documentation, processes and regulatory requirements with timely reporting.
